Maintenance and Repair Information:
1. Before bringing your watch in for repair, please complete the form and bring the watch to our service center at: No. 6, Lane 109, Section 2, Chengde Road, Datong District, Taipei City 103
Business Hours: 13:00-20:00 (Closed on Mondays)
2. The entire inspection and repair process will take approximately 14 working days. Thank you for your patience.
3. If the watch is out of warranty, or if it is within the warranty period but the inspection reveals human-caused damage requiring parts replacement, we will contact the customer by phone to provide a quotation and confirm whether the customer agrees to the repair.
4. After the watch has completed the entire inspection and repair process, we will contact the customer by phone to pick up the watch at the store.
